UX DESIGN GRAPHIC DESIGNThis client is particularly special to me because I first learned about their product years before they reached out to me—my own therapist practiced EMDR therapy, and we used this very bilateral stimulation (BLS) tool during our sessions every week.
So when they approached me for design support, it felt very serendipitous. I knew firsthand how powerful their product could be in a healing journey, and I was excited to help them elevate the experience for both therapists and clients. With that personal insight and user perspective, I set out to bring clarity, calm, and confidence to their digital presence.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Based in the U.K., bilateralstimulation.io wanted to expand its user base and establish its U.S. market. It was time for a refreshed brand presence that would build credibility, drive awareness, and deepen trust with therapists. As they prepared for major mental health conferences and new digital campaigns, they sought cohesive, elevated design that reflected the power of their tool.

I worked closely with the team to design a suite of branded assets, including a polished print brochure, high-impact conference booth visuals, email banners, and a refined product sign-up modal. Each piece was crafted to speak directly to mental health professionals—balancing clinical integrity with emotional resonance—and maintain visual consistency across channels.
